I am truly grateful for the opportunity the WAVD Scholarship gave me and for the inspiration it continues to provide.

First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the positive review of my submitted documents and for including me among the 33 scholarship recipients. It is a tremendous honor and a source of great pride for me.

One year ago, I had the honor and pleasure of receiving a travel grant to attend the WCVD10 Congress in Boston. I would like to once again extend my deepest gratitude, as this immersive, enriching experience—full of learning and invaluable connections—would not have been possible without your generous support, due to my personal financial limitations.

My name is Julia Cane, I am veterinarian based in Argentina, where I run a small animal clinic and laboratory with a strong focus on dermatology and parasitology.

Dear Members of the Scholarship Committee, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to once again express my deep appreciation for the invaluable opportunity I received through the WCVD Scholarship and to share with you the tangible outcomes and progress of my dissemination plan.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for awarding me the WAVD scholarship & ISVD scholarship; and giving me the opportunity to attend the 10th World Congress of Veterinary Dermatology (WCVD10) in Boston.

I was also invited to speak at University of Viña del Mar, where I gave a presentation to recently graduated veterinary doctors from the Class of 2024. I ensured that all these sessions included extended time for questions and discussion, allowing participants to engage fully and clarify their doubts on these important topics.

Until now I have taught face-to-face 2 classes with 40 students (in the cities of Florianópolis – southern Brazil, and Recife – Northeast Brazil).
